A deity born from the continued deals and intrigue of nobles and politicians over centuries. Embodied in the consequences of the breaking of an oath of conspiracy.
The whistleblower found dead in a canal before he could spill the beans, or the hunting "accident" of the king intending to end a profitable war. These are examples of murders that sends a message to those who knows what to look for, and "feed" The Nameless Sovereign.
Worshippers
The Nameless Sovereign is unusual in that many of his adherents do not consciously worship him. Even so, their actions and mental state empower him regardless - be it through ignorance or indifference. In doing so, he grants them his boon. This aids them to continue his desired behavior, which empower him in return.
His boons are not necessarily spells like most other deities, but by positioning other acolytes to cooperate, or influencing peripheral figures to facilitate a deal.
