Nationality | Mistwreath |
Description
Helmerheim is a relatively small town. Like many so many other towns in the Mistwreath it is located above the ever present mist that defines the region. It hugs the mountain face, building upon it as much as into it in the way that is characteristic for the oldest Mistwreath architecture.
History
- one of the oldest settlements in the region
Administration
- Mayor appointed by royalty in Dunric
Geography
- mountainous, with sheer walls dropping into the misty abyss below.
Demography
Some stratification between the rich families and the commoners, but the relatively small size of the town does not result in a full on class divide.
The elevation of the house is a general indicator as to the wealth of the residents, with the richer citizens living on top.
Culture
- largely adherent to the mistfaith
- distant to strangers, but when aquainted they are friendly enough.
Notes
Closest settlement to the ruins uncovered in 1243 p.o. (which led to the events of the Shadows of the Past)
