Races

From Vanathul Wiki

Primary Races

While the setting has many different perspectives that could yield some interesting stories, the current plans are for humanity and those connected to them directly. Commonly known to consist of a majority human, and a minority of gnomes.

Peripheral Races

These races are generally allied with humanity, but are not known about by most people. They do not generally make their identity known due to the social stigma, or other consequenses. As they are more or less human, they usually try to blend in and pass as a somewhat normal human.

They all come with a more or less secret background. Talk with the DM if you wish to play as one.

Branching Human Lineages

The following races are largely unencountered by the inhabitants of Orn, and are mostly found on other continents or planes.

They are somewhat available. Talk with the DM if you wish to play as one.

Non-hostile races

These races are not hostile to humanity as long as their terretories are respected, though some of these are more easily provoked than others.

Hostile races

These races are by most accounts hostile to humanity and their allied races, attacking and raiding if given a chance.

  1. Suwards regions of K'Shaal
  2. Found in some mountainous partns of Mendaris on Orn
  3. Reports of these by explorers of the continent across the leadwards sea from Orn
