About
Nira Emmenor's life is defined by the unguided awakening of her magical talent.
She was told she had the blood of a witch at an early age by some unwitting youths. This became a core piece of her personality from that time, causing her to take on the persona of a witch in play and when she was alone. As her puberty approached, this play became actual practice, and as is the case with those carrying the gift for magic like hers, she would require guidance to master it. This guidance did not come, and the necessary restraint was not used when building her inner fire, causing it to grow larger and larger.
As a result of this careless cultivation, her talent flared up as she slept one bell, causing a small fire in her home that luckily was discovered before she could cause any major damage.
She felt she had lost control at this point. A wild fire burning in her soul, one she did not fully control anymore. Afraid that she could possibly flare up again, hurting herself or those around her, she was advised to seek help from the clergy of the Divine Family. By the age of 14 she was taken inn by the sisterhood in Cliffton where she has remained with them ever since. In this nunnery she is taught to control herself, and her powers. She hopes to eventually calm the blaze and return to Dunpool.
