- Born to one of Queen Brien's daughters, who died during the birth.
- Named Guriana by her father (took the Freidberger name of his late wife as a political and social tool)
- Uneventful upbringing.
- Raised by a gouverness, her often absent father, and in part her stepmother.
- Showed signs of deviancy when reaching the age of 15, but did not act upon them to any noticable degree until she married at the age of 18.
- Developed an extreme appatite of food, and started gaining mass at an alarming rate. Whenever her household ran out of food, she started eating traditionally inedible items, and once when a brave servant tried to stop her, the unlucky girl met an end in the jaws of Gulguthriana.
