Cat Sith

Reported to exist in the Verdant Veil.
A magical tiny cat, with smarts on the level of an average human. Often curses anyone who disturbs it, causing settlements on the border of the Verdant Veil to adopt their own steps to avoid it.
Some try to lure, catch and kill them, some make trinkets and charms to ward off the bad luck, and some attempt to appease them with offerings.
