Wahlminster Plague
From Vanathul Wiki
Wahlminster had a plague around year 840. It was highly contagious, and caused the death of close to 20% of those afflicted.
Symptoms were muscle stiffness, fever, and coughing. 15% of survivors never regained full mobility, and a characteristic stiffness is not uncommon to observe in some of those old enough to have lived through the plague.
