She has a mild voice that still carry more weight than any city crier. It is pleasant to listen to, but demands your attention in an uncanny way.

Her eyes are intense, and anyone who meet her gaze cannot help but feel that they see more than eyes usually do.

Born in Blackport, but raised in Cliffton by her grandparents. Her mother lived and worked in Blackport, but had to send her away as she did not have the space or energy to raise her daughter while she ran her parlor.
She does not know her father, and her mother does not wish to speak of him.
When she came of age, she moved to Blackport, aiding in the business of her mother, and learning what she could about the arts practiced there.
Took over for her mother when her middle age made readings too strenuous, and took the "Madam Zantor" name. Partly as a way of continuing her legacy, but mostly to not have to change the sign and the brand name.
