Descritpion
What little is known about Elarec, or indeed the entire Wernov family, is ironically the degree of their secrecy. Their involvement in the war with K'Shaal demanded it. The use of planar travel in military actions, are thought to have been innovated by Wernov, both in logistics, strategy and tactics.
