About
Originating in the Mistwreath, Charlotte, or Ciarlot, is a known outlaw. She is wanted for murder in several towns in the Mistwreath, and she is wanted for questioning in all provinces of Mendaris. She is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. If identified, call your local constabulary or city guard.
One of her goals is to indulge her addiction to pact binding with the Dark Beyond Constellation.
Rumor has it that Charlotte has been killed at least twice, but each time she returns after some time. It is suggested it is related to her ties with the spirit of Vishgurv.
Personality
Psychopathic, sadistic and manipulative.
Charlotte may seem nice on a surface level, but if the mood strikes her and she is given the opportunity, she will use others to get her ways without a second thought.
History
She is currently in a pact with Vishgurv for a year after having recently been killed while bound to him. As per "Pact of Servitude".
