Artificing

Artificing is a broad term encompassing many expressions of mechanical artistry, often with a varying degree of magical investment. Many who fall under the category of artificers (in the magical sense) have their origin in another form of magic, such as wizardry, alchemy, or even divine magics. The following does not fall under either of these.

Machinesmiths are have their origin in discovered made by the gnomish adventurer and mechanic Stewart O'Connely. It is a relatively new form of magical artifice, with only a handful of practitioners.
