Police commissioner for Blackport. He has had a long and fruitful career coordinating the city's detecrives and contables. He started his career as a street constable, and was quickly promoted to detective after unraveling a prestigious case.
Personality
Contemplative and analytic. He wants to see justice done, and if he is unable to dish it out or make the arrest himself, he is not above hiring consultant.
