Descritpion
Former Hartminster governor in Millthorpe. Notoriously greedy and hard on exploiting the populace on behalf of his benefactors in Dunpool, which was a contributing factor in him being shot and gravely wounded in 793 p.o.. This in turn resulted in retaliations that escalated the then civil Camorian Rebellion into an armed conflict.
During the conflict Kerwyn Sears was killed in an explosion in a restaurant he regularly visited.
