Schattenfeld

Barony that lies almost entirely in the shadow of the Donargipfel. It is among the larger baronies, but one where little of interest happens. It is cold, dark, and in general a miserable place to cross, let alone live.

Being awarded this barony was said to be a subtle punishment, and little has changed as the the permanent shade can make even strong men depressed. Despite this, the proximity to the holy mountain, makes the location attractive to some groups of pilgrims to the holy mountain.
