Description
Common knowledge
- "plague" of lycanthropy ravaged parts of Fellfen and the Mistwreath some decades ago. Its effects were felt for years, and only gradually subsided.
- Caused the construction of the gate at Waycot to prevent the unrestricted spread of the curse through traffic between the nations.
- Neither side trust that the curse is truly gone from the other side, so the gate remains close for most travelers. Clerics and alchemists do their best to detect and detain anyone suspected of being cursed when crossing the border.
