The Kinbrook canal incident

Summary

Lanky John desperately looks for some competent people to resolve an incident at the Kinbrook canal that threatens to escalate into a violent affair.

At the house of what he knows is a competent group of mercenaries and "problem solvers" he encounters a group exiting. He assumes they are the people he is looking for, and is only partially wrong.

Our group of "adventurers" is recruited without much prompting.

After a relatively short ride out to the canal, the group starts their assault, mowing down a large group of bandits.
