Ruins of Drovos [T]

Description

History

Formerly a stop for many traders between Waycot and Lycaon and the rest of the Mistwreath.

It was a walled city that did not cling to any natural elevation, and for the most part it worked. A higher amount of city guards, and thick walls for the most part kept it all relatively safe.

When trade with Waycot declined due to the beast curse, justifying the expenses of the neccessary city guard became impossible, and the inhabitants were left to themselves.

Drovos fell over the span of years due to lack of mantinence, and from their population being reduced by monsters and the fog.

Some stubborn people still call these ruins their home, tending to the what few travelers who make the trip to Lycaon by boat, living in a precarious truce with all the dangers of the Mistwreath.
